Boracay Island is an Island near to the city of Manila in Philippines. The island is quite famous for its beautiful and sandy beaches. From Manila, Boracay travel is of about an hour.
The island is no less in beauty from the more famous Caribbean Islands. Travel to Boracay by plane directly from other countries is not possible, as the island has a small airport, the Caticlan airport is a small airport with a narrow strip for landing, therefore travel to Boracay Island is only possible by first arriving at the Manila international airport, form there you can take a smaller flyer, or you can also ride by boat.
Boracay Islands offer a lot to do, you can enjoy surfing, water skiing, snorkeling or even hire water bikes.
Most of the hotels along the beach have loungers on the beach for those who just want to lie down in the sun. Boracay islands are also quite famous for Boracay tourist attractions. Tourists enjoy places like the White Beach, which is an awesome stretch of white sand and blue waters, Puka Beach, Baling Hai Beach, The Bat Cave and several other places. |
