You can see a variety of wildflowers bloom over
the growing season in between the months of March to November. Numerous
wildflowers are recognized by signs on the roadside is few preferred
areas. An extensive variety of trees including oak, elm, dogwood, ash,
cedar, soapberry, cottonwood, beaver, bat, deer, mink, coyote, fox,
opossum, nutria, rabbit, squirrel, skunk and raccoon. You can observe
pelicans, bald eagles, waterfowl and loons in this area.Fossil Rim
wildlife center is a relaxed drive and Dallas wildlife gives you the
pleasure in this wildlife center.
You can see ostriches, giraffes and zebras and can
spend time by enjoying the encounters with exotic wildlife such as
antelope, grant’s zebra and reticulated giraffe. It is beautiful to
watch the scenes and drive by observing the animals with nature trails,
white tail deer and buffalo. The Dallas nature centers are an easy
drive and it takes very few hours. The drive is pleasant.
International Exotic Feline Sanctuary is in Boyd,
Texas and is a non-profit corporation. This mission takes care and the
inhabitants include cougars, bobcats, leopards, jaguars, tigers and
lions. Windmill hill nature preserve is sited at the Duncanville.
