Rajasthan is known as the golden land of kings. The cities in Rajasthan are the land of the chivalry and valiance. After Jaipur Jodhpur is the second largest city in the state of Rajasthan. The city consists of a vast collection of the forts, monuments, temples and lakes etc.

This city is situated on the border of the Thar Desert. This city was erstwhile known as Marwar which means the land of death. Adventure in Jodhpur is full of excitement & thrill. Some of the inseparable part of adventure in Jodhpur is:

Mehrangarh Fort: This is one of the popular forts in the city of the Jodhpur. This fort has attracted the lots of visitor to visit this city through out the year. This fort was built in the year 1806. The palaces in this fort show an informal pattern. The palaces in this fort have their own narrow stair case and peculiar style.

Umaid Bhawan Palace: This palace was built in the 20th century. Because of its Chhittar sandstone which is used in the building this palace is also known as Chhittar palace.

Jaswant Thada: This place was built in the year 1899. This building was built under the rule of the Maharaja Jaswant Singh ll.Clock Tower and Sardar Market: Clock Tower is the major attraction of this place and the market near to it is also the most attracting place. Here the market is much popular for its antiques, handicrafts, textiles and silverware.
