The continent of North America has ever remained
to be a traveler’s delight for a variety of reasons. To the north of
the continent lies the Arctic Ocean. Towards the east and the west of
the continent lie Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific Ocean respectively.
This great continent covers a geo-physical area
of around 24,490,000 sq km. This land has such a great range of
diversity that is hard to match in any other part of the globe. Though,
officially speaking, there are as many as 23 countries and 14
dependencies in this third largest continent in the world, most people
find it to be tantamount to the countries of Canada and the US.
There is also the country of Mexico which also is
responsible for a good amount of travel to North America. But, the bulk
of people traveling to North America head for destinations mostly
within the territories of US or Canada.
Several reasons can be sited why so many people
travel to North America and the amount of people traveling to North
America is ever on an increase. Perhaps there are two main reasons
behind majority of the North America travel.
